True Objects offers home decor, wall art, wall clocks, and customized products. As many of our products are semi-handmade and crafted with care, slight variations in color, finish, or detailing may occur. These variations are natural and not considered defects.
We offer both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options. COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp. In some cases, a small advance or confirmation amount may be required before processing the order. If a customer refuses a COD order or provides incorrect details, we reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for future orders.
For customized or made-to-order products, a minimum 50% advance payment is required. A design preview may be shared before production. Once the design is approved, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
We aim to deliver orders within 5–7 working days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and external factors. Urgent delivery may be available with additional charges.
We do not offer refunds once a product is sold. In case a product is received damaged during delivery, we provide a replacement only. To claim this, a proper unboxing video must be recorded and shared within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without valid proof will not be accepted.
Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Replacement is only applicable if the product is damaged during delivery and proper proof is provided.
Customers must ensure that all shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused due to incorrect information or unavailability at the time of delivery.
All product images are for reference purposes. Actual products may slightly differ due to lighting, screen resolution, or handmade nature.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or any unforeseen circumstances.
All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, and branding, is the property of True Objects. Any unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
True Objects shall not be held responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or misuse of the product after delivery. Customers are advised to handle fragile and electrical products carefully.
We are not responsible for delays or failure in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, natural events, or other external factors.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
All disputes are subject to Indore jurisdiction.
