At True Objects, we carefully design and pack every product to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Since most of our products are fragile, semi-handmade, and sometimes customized, we request you to read this policy before placing your order.
If your product is damaged during delivery, we will provide a replacement. To claim this, you must record a proper unboxing video (starting from the sealed package to opening the product) and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to accept the claim.
Replacement is only applicable for damaged or defective items. The replacement will be for the same product only. If the same product is not available, we may offer a credit note instead.
We do not offer returns or refunds once a product is sold. Orders cannot be returned if you do not like the design, color, or size. Slight variations in color or finish can happen because our products are semi-handmade, and this is not considered a defect.
Customized products such as nameplates, photo frames, or any made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange. They will only be replaced if they arrive damaged and proper proof is provided.
Customers will need to send the product back for replacement at their own shipping cost. We do not provide reverse pickup services.
For LED or electrical products, please check the item within 24 hours of delivery. Issues reported after usage may not be eligible for replacement.
