At True Objects, we focus on delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. As most of our products are fragile and semi-handmade, we follow a strict no-refund policy in general.
We do not offer refunds once a product is successfully delivered. In case of any damage during delivery, we provide a replacement instead of a refund. To claim this, customers must share a proper unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery as mentioned in our Exchange Policy.
Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where the order is lost in transit or cannot be delivered by the courier partner. In such situations, we will first try to re-ship the product. If re-shipment is not possible, a full refund will be processed.
If a wrong product is delivered from our side, we will arrange a replacement. If the correct product is not available, we may offer a refund or a credit note.
For prepaid orders, cancellation is allowed only before dispatch. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
In some cases where replacement is not possible, a credit note may be issued. The credit note will be valid for 45 days from the date of issue.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your payment method or bank.
Customized or made-to-order products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, except in case of damage during delivery with valid proof.
