True Objects offers home decor, wall art, wall clocks, and customized decor products. Since many of our products are semi-handmade and crafted with care, slight variations in color, finish, or design may occur. These variations are natural and not considered defects.
We offer both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options. For COD orders, confirmation may be required via call or WhatsApp. In some cases, we may ask for a small advance or confirmation amount before processing the order.
For customized or made-to-order products, a minimum 50% advance payment is required. A design preview may be shared for approval before production. Once the design is approved, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
We aim to deliver orders within 5–7 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external factors. An urgent delivery option may be available with additional charges.
We do not offer refunds once a product is sold. In case a product is received damaged during delivery, we provide a replacement only. The customer must record a proper unboxing video and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without valid proof will not be accepted.
Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Replacement is only possible if the product is damaged during delivery and proper proof is provided.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. In case of incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of COD orders, we reserve the right to restrict or disable COD option for future orders.
For fragile and LED products, customers are advised to check the product immediately after delivery. We are not responsible for any damage caused due to improper handling, installation, or usage after delivery.
All product images are for representation purposes. Actual products may slightly differ due to lighting, screen resolution, or handmade nature.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or any unforeseen circumstances.
We may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
